We completed our quantitative study on historical trauma among African Americans in 2019. We are currently holding community conversations on our findings. In light of Covid-19, we are continuing to do this work online.

Books are under attack in the U.S. They disappear from library shelves, are nationally challenged, and are decreed off-limits by school boards, legislators, and prison authorities.
Books by BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ authors are particularly targeted, especially if the books mention racism, sexuality, gender, and history.
